I was in Phuket and I booked my flight from Canada. I wasn’t looking for a ground transportation because I was told by Thai embassy that it is better to fly out and into the country to get a new 45 day visa. No questions asked

Are you going to be in Thailand for must longer? if so, is your next visa run going to Vietnam? Don't worry Canada is failing by the day, so you're not missing much.

Hi, thanks for showing us your condo. Nice building and amenities. It would help if you also mention how much is the rent in bath since people from all over will be watching. Its a good video and you posted not long ago so, I sure that more people will watch it. Enjoy your apt and Pattaya and have fun. Good info on the bus going to the city since, not everyone will have a car or bike...

Thank you for your comment! i booked it trough AirBnB at the last moment and to convert it from Canadian currency today it would be 16500 bath per month all included. I also saw lower prices in this building but utilities cost extra.

Not in Thailand, you can find one bedroom around $600 Canadian per month, I am planning to return next winter
