Yes, National University of Timor-Leste (UNTL) is a government university. It is the largest public university in Timor-Leste and is funded by the government. The other two universities I mentioned, Dili Institute of Technology (DIT) and Instituto Superior Cristal, are private institutions and are not government-funded.
