Unknown Gumby test/bumper animation (Higher quality, 1987?)

Uploaded for archival reasons. I recently discovered a higher quality recording online, though sadly it is still recorded by a phone. The short was featured in the special features of a DVD box set, but I don’t know if that was where it was originally shown. Special thanks to Vics Archives Palace 2004 for the recording.
