Liuyu is such a precious boy, eventho he's young but he's so matured. The members and other boys from the Chuang always praise and said that Liuyu is so disciplined and he always do his best. And he takes care of other members a lot, passing them the food and drinks, always making sure that all the members have the chance to invlove in games or interviews. I really think that Liuyu is capable and definitely will be a good leader! He deserves more loves and kindness

Liu Yu have shown his leadership skills in CHUANG 2021, his group members like him very well and trust him. He has many qualities that a captain should possess, and the most important thing is he have sufficient responsibility and willingness to be the leader, and he will consider the team first than himself. You can see that in all the team videos, the team members trust Liu Yu very much, and INTO1 chose Liu Yu as the captain. If you don't know enough about Liu Yu, you ought to understand him objectively by your own, rather than believing other's words. Many people discredit him just because they hate him, but the fact is that this boy is not like that, not as bad as they say.

Liu Yu is totally competent to be a good leader of the team. In addition to his impressive leadership, he is so caring that he always puts his teammates at the first place. I remember he brought 10 bottles of perfume for other members after the livestreaming for Armani. And during the Sina livestreaming he gave the bottled water to others first before he got one. If I were one of the members of INTO1 I would vote for him as well.

sorry my native language is not english so i may make some grammatical mistakes. what i want to say is, the leader was chosen by the members and they are the people who know each other most well. majority of them chose liuyu for their own reasons. liuyu showed to us his ability in delivering good speeches and the ability to lead a team well in chuang, for example the whale stage when teacher ningjing said he was an excellent and charming leader. also, liuyu has close relationships with most members. for example, we can see from linmo and ak’s thoughts on the role of leader were quite directive to liuyu as he is person who doesn’t like to reveal his feelings deep in his heart and is quite timid. it was definitely reasonable for him to get higher votes. a leader should be someone who the members trust and are willing to listen and follow. liuyu can do this and he shouldn’t be underestimated because of his young age. can’t we just trust in the members’ decision? they are the people who live with each other every day and they know them well, at least much better than us. can’t we just stop doubting on the role of leader and blaming on the cpop culture or even on liuyu? he was chosen and he did nothing wrong.

Liu Yu has the skills, the resilience and the persistency to lead. In Chuang 2021, you hardly saw anyone, who could speak in such a decent, elegant and calm way. You can even realize the staffs rely on him and told him to back up other members in the interview of the debut day. He took care of them, even let them show or talk more in the FMT, etc (his screen time was little). I really wonder how anyone can doubt his C and L role. Firstly congrats to Liu Yu and Bo Yuan. When I am reading on the comment under this video, I am feeling sad and disappointed. For me, they are both caring, gentle and can really be a good leader. I was reading a lot of the comment saying that the voting is unfair and why it is not open and some people are saying that most of the team members is voting to Bo Yuan. We cant represent them or read their mind. When you are saying most of the people is voting to Bo Yuan, how you proved it? Why didn't show the results? If leader really already decide, they don't need to act this, they can show the fake results as well and this can avoid a lot of issue also. In fact, whatever the result is, there must have people disagree with it. I'm so glad that those who volunteer to be leader are LiuYu and BoYuan, they both already are leaders in my point of view. It's almost like they were born for this position, through out the vlogs(and Chuang) they always help other members, LiuYu in charge of most of the script, represent chinese culture, he is like a spokesperson, which mean he must be the one who communicate to staffs a lot. while BoYuan always helps foreign members, you can see whenever he speaks he try to use easy choice of words along with body language or sometimes switch to English or Japanese. the most important thing is they are so caring, they deserve to be leader💞

Into1 is an international group, not a Chinese group, so it is not a must to have someone with Chinese culture. The other Chinese members also know Chinese culture too. Bo Yuan and AK can speak three languages, are more eloquent and respond faster than Liu Yu in the interviews and shows. It is quite obvious they choose Liu Yu because he is the center to avoid offending his fans.

You say that INTO1 is an international group, but you forget how entertainment works in China, if their main market is going to be chinese... they are from a chinese program... and they sing in mandarin... they are a chinese group, not an international one (although Tencent does make it look like one). If we are very lucky they will promote in Japan and maybe in Thailand or Philippines (it has happened many times with other groups). So to get to the point, if we look at it from a experience point of view, Rikimaru or Santa would have to be the leader, but they need someone who speaks mandarin well. And if we leave it among the chinese participants, it is not the same for the company who was 1° and who was 7° or 8°. Before the final ranking was announced they were already giving LiuYu that role, in all the appearances they had he introduced the group (he was the only Chinese member who was high in the rankings) and if we like it or not, the industry pays attention to the amount of fans of each one. Besides if you look at the political climate in China, it is convenient for the company that someone as "traditional" as LiuYu be the leader, it's like a publicity of their own culture.

It is my first time following a China group and it is a culture shock that they give so much screentime and even leader to the center. In Korea, the oldest or most experienced will be the leader and every member has almost fair screentime to be center except for weaker members. I felt like I am now stanning a group that has a center with back-up dancers.

@@sporeKAfan You are right! I was watching "Happy Camp" the other day and I was so mad at the production. I used to stan only Korean groups but with these kinds of shows that are like Produce 101 I started to see a bit of the Chinese entertainment world and I realized that there is not much to stan Chinese groups. And it's exactly for reasons like this (but I saw Chuang and I liked the members). I looked for the other groups from previous editions and they don't have so many activities, they usually have more like individual content, someone do maybe some drama, others focus on varieties and things like that. The one who came out first usually goes as a mentor in the next edition. I've talked to other people, the HappyCamp issue was because the Japanese boys' company declared itself in favor of Taiwan independence or something like that. It's a shame. Chinese entertainment doesn't have a very good impression of idols (just like Korea a few years ago but luckily it advanced) and they don't take it seriously.

During interviews and shows, he will cue members to speak up or play games and help translate for foreign members. This is absolutely what a group leader is like.
