we should not consider any service inferior to another service as both are serving the nation and are group A services. My personal choice would be the IPS as it is specific to maintaining law and order in a district and u can also be part of elite organisations like RAW, IB, CBI etc and paramilitary forces like ITBP, CRPF, CISF, BSF.
