Hi Yibril, access to free and open LiDAR data for the Greater Antilles region is very limited. For geospatial data specific to the Caribbean, www.caribbeangeoportal.com offees only 2 open datasets but neither is LiDAR. Given the scarcity of publicly available LiDAR data for the Greater Antilles, you might reach out to governmental agencies or local institutions in the respective countries of the Greater Antilles. They may have LiDAR datasets or other elevation data that are not publicly listed but could be shared upon request.
