Why have you selected cold in the zodiac? would you not select lightning or am i missing something? tier VIII would it not be Laia?

you already doing lightning damage. selecting additional cold dmg and getting status effect on zodiacs will enable you to chill and freeze targets.

Wow!!! I'll respec everything for this. Because my unleash lightning shot is already 6L, but still rare. Very thanks to this build. I'll just respec for a few link runes and zodiac. By the way, I did 3 dex - 2 str every level.😁

With stats first go for items/skills after that, use on dex for hitrate or str for hp.

@Nirtas yes, that's what I'm doing at the moment. I'm now at Lv77. So still picking up trash items to improve the character. Then for stats I did dex 3:2 str, then no int. 😁

This doesnt make sense why on a maximized build in rebirth would i want lightning energies? wouldnt that lower my maximized damage? sorry if i misunderstand something

if you are wearing band of certainty any kind of maximize chance becomes really low in priority. While the energies themselves give you DMG Amp%.
