if your back feels like its 60 its because you suffer from chronic dehydration like 75% of Americans due to the high level of chemicals in food and water try water fasting for 2 days while sleeping in the floor. After that hydrate heavily for a week while not eating any red meat and close to no chicken, while eating baby spring mix lettuce every day. You'll Thank me, speaking from experience
