Best place on earth Cliff. The canal only opened on the day we got there. Not all of it was open though still awesome. Ruptured my quad a day later ha

I'm srry but why did I picture ya skating on the edge of the waterfall as soon as I saw it on 1:06. I had to do a double take to make sure I was just seeing things Lol 😂🤣

There is also another place called Grenadiers Pond in High Park in Toronto which freezes deeply and there is much more space to enjoy for free spirits like yourself, compared to that artificial skating rink on Queen street you went to, although it is indeed really beautiful there. If you are ever in Toronto again, give it a try, I am sure you will have a great time skating on the ice of that frozen pond in High Park.

Must be wonderful, that ice scating is not restricted by 2-3 times a week in fixed time, for only hour and half. Youre lucky. Only thing i wonder is ice quality at that areas, how often is it smoothened, because if its some natural ice surface, it has lot of bumps and dents after people scate on it for some time.
