@debabratabhandari4572, Sir min Intel i5 our Ryzen 5, Integrated Graphics wala 8 GB RAM and Windows 11 home bahut hai. 16 GB RAM recommended, entry level HP 15 and Lenovo Ideapad thoda garam ho sakta hai. so go for HP Pavilion since trading long use ke liye hai

@viralfacts87, thank for your feedback, Intel ka laptop agar heat hoh raha hai toh gdbad hai, take it to service center, some times Laptop have issues while shipping and not tested properly, HP warranty, they will check and replace the parts
