That was awesome, she looks very comfy at 120. I got my learners in Jan. Rode my first bike in Jan. Riding a scooter now. I am definitely buying a Superlight 200, so I can practice and get my full license.

Its a really nice bike. I also started riding with the superlight. Its not underpowered but also has decent speed to ride on freeway. Mine just started having so much surface rust because im in PE (coastal)

@@anx2434 I also got it as my first bike right after my learners. It's a great bike bike for starting out, very light and nimble also has a descent amount of power for a newbie. After a year I have decided to go up in size because I do freeway travel now as part of my commute

@@anx2434 Oh and fuelwise I was getting 320-350km from a 10L fill up - especially if I didn't exceed 90km/h.

Hey Bev, Thank you for sharing your experience with the Big Boy Superlight 200, I am only just starting my journey, learning how to ride and was really torn up about whether to get the Big Boy Superlight 200 or the Mustang 250, Because I want to be able to travel outside of the city every few months. This was a major help in making my decision. Would love to hear your thoughts on this trip you took once you get a chance to share your experience. Maybe update your final review? Just a thought. Hi there, thank you very much for the support! i have not rode a Mustang 250 but by the looks of it, i would say it would be the better choice for long distances (the superlight can get uncomfortable when riding for a while). The superlight is nimble and agile and is very economical. R200 can get me far especially when doing city commutes

I'm looking to buy myself a bike for everyday commute. At the moment I'm considering between 3 different brands, the Big Boy Superlight 200, the Hero ECO150TR and a Suzuki GIXXER 150. The Suzuki comes with the peace of mind that its reliable, spares will always be available, any workshop will be able to service it and if push comes to shove I can service it myself. But it comes at a price... The Hero is a very established brand with a very decent warranty and from what I have read its an extremely durable bike. With the bonus that its a lot cheaper than the Suzuki. The Big Boy on the other hand, is the cheaper option but not so established and kind of unknown. And from what I've been able to find online in forums, most people complain about the reliability, the poor construction and the bad after market service customers receive from the dealers. My question is about your Superlight, what is your experience in regard to maintenance, service, spares, general and unforeseen costs and the cons of the bike that not normally talked about when dealing with a sales rep at the dealership?

"Unknown", there are literally motorcycle dealerships that are known to sell very expensive motorcycles, that stock Bigboy motorcycles, and they offer servicing for it as well. Spares are also not hard to find, every Bigboy dealership sells spares for them, and some you can even get online. Fyi, New Bigboy motorcycles also come with a 2 year warranty with a service plan.
