U just gotta have better skills... And also its top is more then the centenario by 2km/h.... But the devel has the fastest acceleration in the game which literally makes it the king of the game...

you probably aren't interested, but i designed a vehicle that's 150mph faster than that thing, i call it the roadslicer. It isn't a car, it's what i call a powered lift ekranoplan. it has 2 jet engines, and nozzles suck away some of the thrust of those engines and blow them out at the bottom of the vehicle, to create a cushion of air below it, that lifts it up. The jets push it forward to around 800 to 900km/h. On paper at least
