Did you actually watch the video? Rageblade was a 3-1 slam when he had 4 conquerors and was focused on going for Sevika. Even after he got the Sevika/Jinx augment he was predominantly fed bruiser/tank components. It's always better to slam components/items rather than desperately trying for BiS.
