I think it's virtually impossible to beat him with a perfect. That giant damage box that is his ouroboros circle is miasmic cancer. His shit talking was the only instance in my life, mind you, I play fighting games, where I threw the controller on my rug, thank god. His WOO HOO in continuum shift meant only he was having fun on top of being annoying as shit. 11/10 my favorite character when I play him and lore-wise though.
