some time twrp do not boot if not flashing vbmeta must have lineageOS recovery, then give a try flashing twrp without vbmeta, if did not works then reflash lineageOS recovery, by the way, i think u have flashed vbmeta with lineageos recovery also ?

s20 plus must be exynos chipset and method same but use files according to your mobile model, ODin and samsung usn=b driver file same but rest files like recovery etc must be of s20 plus

@@I_Unintentionally_Morph Dear, Galaxy S series starting from S7 snapdragons phones usually have locked bootloader which cannot be unlock, i have left buying snapdragon S series phones since when s7 was lunched, just because we cannot do flash custom roms, i remember doing flashing on S3 verizon which cannot get custom rom and did by tweak modifed file which force to flash custom recovery a,d after that mobile got totally bricked and never get repaired again
