@@skatechi I’m so happy to hear this is your favorite video! What about it did you find the most helpful? I’d love to know for future content!

@@styleskating35 I've had a hard time figuring out power pulls, everyone always teaches them by having you start with 2 foot slaloms, feet side by side, which I do very well but doesn't let me really feel what one foot is doing. I tried 2 of these exercises today and already figured out where my weak edges are/what I'm doing wrong (especially backwards). I appreciate your targeted exercises that build upon each other and really force you to do things correctly. I also appreciate you demonstrating exercises with skaters at different levels.

I like the power pulls with hands locked or up. that looks a lot fun💖

Power pulls with arms locked or raised are definitely fun! They add an extra challenge for balance and control, making the exercise even more dynamic. Great for building strength and technique on the ice! 😊

Can you do a video about backwards cross rolls? I struggle with them 😅
@styleskating35Ай бұрын
@@sarahbocinsky Thank you for your comment! Backward cross rolls can be tricky but so rewarding once they click. I’ll definitely consider making a video on them! In the meantime, I’m excited to share that I have a new video course for beginners coming soon to my website, styleskating.com, which covers essential skills for building a strong foundation. Also, if you’d like me to create a special video just for you, check out the membership options on my KZbin channel!
