Thanks for this. Just got my evo loaded in my VW Scirocco. What I wanted to know is having bought the evo what changes can I make with the app, without paying any subscription. It turns out not much if anything. The main thing I wanted to change is my digital read out from kph to mph and so I am disappointed to find out that I have to pay even more to subscribe to be able to save the changes.

Can you see the full live data with the evo version? Or still only engine data?

Nope, only engine. There are very few live data points you can see outside of the engine, maybe 5 data which is almost nothing.

Or you can use the smashed app and any knock off obd adapters for no cost. Does the same thing. Only to know where to get them from

Yes, that is also an option. Just remember there can be a higher risk of bricking the control module if using the smashed app and a $3 adapter in case coding fails.

In meinem fall mit dem GR Premium paket sind ironischer weise nicht alle aufgefürten auf der liste mögilich, wie zum beispiel das abschliessen der türen beim anfahren, und das coming home light ... Traurig... Und kein Carister service diesbezüglich
