I am building a Ls3/6L90E swap in a 03'Crown Vic Police Interceptor. Burnouts and ice cream. Maybe a couple track days. What would you recommend for the 821 heads. I have a bare set of heads with no valves. I really don't want to spend a grand on valves.

Why would you want to run that junk ash 6 speed?? 4l80e is a lot better and easier to tune!

@funfun8095 cause I want a 6 speed. If it's tuned right they are great grannies. Especially for what I am doing with it. Not pushing a thousand horse out of it. If they are built or tuned right, no trans is worth a crap.

No not really. They are already super small and light weight. We use way better material than stock but most of the other specs are basic
