Really good advice! I'm terrible with my breathing so will try this out!!! I end up forgetting and holding my breathe and I end up gassing out on the first set! This will definitely help that haha!

Great tips, as always. Thank you! About the forehand, can you also discuss more about the finishes, particularly how to have that nice closed racquet face right after hitting the ball. I saw videos of the pros and they all have a very natural motion that started to close the raquet right after hitting. I don't quite understand but I tend to have an open racquet for quite a bit longer. Do you intentionally pronate or do internal shoulder rotation to achieve that?

The reason I much prefer to just hit rather than play sets is that I do get tight when points are on the line. But unfortunately, most of my tennis buddies just want to play sets. I will try to practice as if I am playing sets or vice versa.
