Excellent thank you. This visualization expands an area of our spines we seldom think about- the front of it. The anterior longitudinal ligament is often inactive and weakened in everyday posture and cannot support the organs. This movement and all the things that spring from it are very healthy if properly done. Thank you for sharing. 👍

Relaxed Horse Stance or Zhan Zhuang builts chi in Dantian faster?

You can build Chi or Qi through Zhan Zhuang. However, I suggest a tall standing stance rather than a horse stance. Stand regular with knees slightly bent. You will get more Qi flow that way.

Zhan Zhuang (standing meditation). Also just a simple open and close movement with your arms while putting your awareness in the space between the hands will get your Qi going!

I understand what is being said physically, however, how do you know you have more power & strength moving in the air, usually if we feel strength it's tension. So the only way would be having any external force being applied on you

This is a very good and important point. You do need to practice with a willing and cooperative partner. Practicing with a partner gives you the feedback loop that you need. Once you have success with your partner begin to memorize how it feels. Once you have that feeling, then you can bring it to your solo practice. It will transform your Tai Chi.
