Hmm, I only started playing 2k more competitively last year. This year I’ve maxed out 11+ builds and have been really surprised that certain builds I’ve made just feel/perform way way better than others. A simple example being shooting a jump shot with a lower rating on one build going in way more consistently then a build I have with a much higher rating. But not even just shooting, like you mentioned with non measurable metrics like getting burned on back door cuts, how reactive your player feels on the court, how easily certain animations get triggered on one build compared to another build I have with the same rating in that stat. It’s actually crazy I’ve never seen anyone mention this topic let alone so in depth like you just did. The only exception is that I have seen people talk about the “hands” rating quite a bit this year. But I only assumed it was talked about because of how noticeable bad catches off passes from other people have been this year. When I hop on the game later you better believe I’m about to compare those consistencies between all my builds to the builds that I have subconsciously just “felt” for some reason performed way way better in games. Do you know if u use ur Cap breakers to put up on pass accuracy dose it help put up ur Offensive consistency or should i use it for close shot or standing dunk im a big that shot mid range?
