I’ve just recently come across this channel, and am enjoying the content so far. With that being said, for me, Arnold lost all credibility in anything he has done when he said “screw your freedom” during the lockdowns. I look forward to learning more from the channel 🤙

Arnold, Greg Glassman, Jim Wendler... They know what they're talking about when it comes to building strength. They also have all sounded like total wackadoos when speaking on other subjects. But does that mean we should disregard their contributions to athleticism? That is your choice. I personally separate the art from the artist most times

really want to keep doing ATG Zero but also get back to my body building teenage years roots while maintaining my progression on Ben's program. Getting decent results, but eventually want to become the total beach volleyball player and Zero alone won't cut it.

I had the same mindset and you can keep on doing all of the atg stuff, just incorporate the concepts of tension and long range movements to the upper body. So for example doing full range dips, incline dumbell presses, chinups, and 1 arm lat pulldowns is great.
