Better to add before publishing, but consider that for testing you should use the AdMob unit ids

Before requesting to show a particulate ad you need to call the request method of it for instance RequestRewardAd() in the start method, another suggestion is to build the sample project without any changes and see what happens, just remember to add the AdMob ID in the Admob settings

You need to apply your unit ids ads before publishing but to test ads in your game use the AdMob test ads(already placed in the sample project, after publication it might take a few hours or 24 hours to see real ads in your app

I follow the tutorial slowly ans step by step but, I receive only this message "Rewarded ad is not ready yet" I check everything twice I don't know what going on, Any suggestion?

One reason why you may be experiencing this problem is that the rewarded ad is being displayed before it's requested. To avoid this, it's suggested that you include a call to RequestRewardedAd() in the start method. Also, using the ad inspector can offer more detailed information and insight. another suggestion is that to install android logcat unity package to monitor everything
