@@rebekahgreig1650 I hope so too!! Part of me wants to give up. For whatever reason it’s like pulling fucking teeth to get anyone to talk about mental health. Besides you and a small handful of others, people are incredibly resistant to discussing the mind. It’s so strange. I would love for People to tell me I am wrong, have I ever tried this or that. Something… anything 😂 Not sure what I am doing wrong but being as vulnerable as I have been and rarely having anyone even acknowledge it sucks pretty bad. At least when I am on my death bed I will be able to say that I faced my fears and tried 🤷🏻♂️

Yes!! We can only see one thought at a time. For example when counting. First comes one, then two… we cannot say one, two, three all at the same time and have it make sense to anyone. The subconscious streams 90-95 or even 99 out of a 100 thoughts into the observers mind. And since we can only see one thought at a time, Each thought covers the minds eye, putting the observer into a trance as they unfold in their mind

thank you and I couldnt agree more!! Healing without pills is real healing. What I love about self hypnosis is that its essentially using information as medicine. Deliberately organizing information into healing, uplifting thoughts, speaking them into the universe and capturing them in a recording and ten broadcasting that information back into the mind while listening. Laying back and allowing yourself to feel the thoughts deeply which makes them stick. Our feelings become our thoughts (or at least that how I experience it). So its important to stimulate strong emotions and generate the feeling of healing and self hypnosis is a great tool for that. I am gonna make some videos about all of this. I checked out your channel and subscribed!! I love your videos and the work you are putting into everything. Your voice and knowledge are soothing and inspirational!!

"Create a playlist of your favorite thoughts" ~~ That's excellent! You have a great way of explaining things. I started doing affirmations in front of a mirror again....I tried it before but wasn't consistent. Same concept, of choosing better thoughts 🌷🌹🌻🌿

Makes me happy that you liked that part! It says a lot about you that you like the video as i am learning that most didnt understand it. I loaded my script into AI and asked it what percentage of people actually understand their subconscious mind and effects and it told me only about 1-5% seeing the minds repetitive inner critic is so seamless that most cannot tell its happening which is extremely fascinating to me. I cannot wait to make more videos and explain more. Yes hypnosis is similar to doing affirmations in front of a mirror. Its important to get your emotions involved because emotions are the secret sauce that makes memories stick (or not). Our feelings become our thoughts. When I make my self hypnosis I layer and stack the information so that I can follow along, get dreamy and really feel my words. I am going to make more videos about how that works from my perspective as well. I am glad you liked the video!!

@@turningsouth5023 Actually those in the metaphysical community would "get" your video, although these days many more from the every day community are accepting ideas that a couple of decades ago were considered too "woowoo" :) One encouraging thing regarding affirmations is that robotic affirmations can bypass the rational thinking mind, and cancel the need for "feeling the wish fulfilled"....which is great, since many people get tripped up on that feeling aspect ....not denying however, that feeling can really accelerate the process! It's all good 😃

I feel like you might but in case you don’t, from my perspective you are an INCREDIBLY brilliant human being. Talking to you is a breath of fresh air. I posted this video to my Facebook and only had one brief comment about the content. At first it upset me because I want nothing more than to hear other people’s thoughts and talk shop about the mind. But basically no one understood what I was getting at and what this “secret” is. I was frustrated at first but then I loaded my video script into ChatGPT and asked what percentage of people understand how much influence their subconscious mind has over them. It said 1-5% so not Many. After realizing that and seeing that no one commented, I have decided to regroup and start in a different place. Learning so much from all of this ❤️

"A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions." Oliver Wendell Holmes Sr. Great video! You held my attention the entire 9:37! This is not new to me, however, you explained yourself in the simplest way possible that enables anyone to really grasp what you’re describing (if they’re ready!). The most difficult part is quieting the mind, the monkey mind. I find it impossible at times. Our minds can be the deepest and darkest of prisons we’ll ever experience, but they can also be used to free us from that same prison. I feel like a disconnection of sorts has to take place to truly get into a space where you are basically observing yourself and your thoughts. It gets deep. No words can adequately describe when you’re in that zone. It’s all about FEELING. If you can imagine it and then feel it as if it already IS, you can create it. ✨ Thank you, sir!
@turningsouth502321 сағат бұрын
Yes! They must be ready. You truly get it. ❤️ Thank you so much for your comment. For me, the reason the “monkey mind” is so challenging to manage is that the observer can only see one thought at a time. The subconscious mind streams thoughts into the observer’s awareness, creating a loop that often pulls them into a trance-like state. In this trance, they can become lost in the noise of their mind without realizing it. The first step to breaking free is becoming aware that it’s happening. The next step is actively reprogramming the mind with better, more healing thoughts. When the subconscious program is filled with stress or negativity, the observer is continuously drawn back into an uncomfortable trance-one that feels incredibly immersive and, at times, even painful. Because this happens so seamlessly, the observer often remains unaware it’s occurring which is wild to think about. Our human design is truly mind blowing I’m so grateful for your comment and excited to keep exploring these ideas further as I create more videos!

@@chrisgarlick5833 not sure how you did it but the suggestions need to be believable and layered in a way that generates positive emotions and encourages you to make changes to your behaviors and depending on what you are trying to achieve it’s important to take the steps to make the changes. If it’s a trauma, usually exposing ourselves to the trauma is required, if it’s a bad habit the hypnosis is used to create focus, attention and continuous effort until change takes place. I deliberately stack the information in my hypnosis so that I lull myself into a trance like state (about to fall asleep) and then hit myself with “hard to believe” suggestions. Hypnosis is a tool that’s added to all the things. Better diet, exercise, meditation, counseling, prayer etc. Changing the minds programming takes real effort. Thats good you have experience with hypnosis. Maybe you are encouraged to keep working to create the life of your dreams

I love how the subtitles skip the profanity--then I can concentrate better on the message and oust the madness & junk. I was just about to give it a like, then the profanity. The problem with language like this is exactly that this is what our abusers used to shock us and it's part of our trauma, so we go into trauma brain instead of continuing to learn.
@meyersonfireКүн бұрын
and I have heard of all of this through the Love Tapes 30 years ago, and in the last decade from Gregg Braden, Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza. You are a great teacher, so if you'll skip the trauma triggering words, that would be awesome, and I'd love to hear more!

Profanity? Are you talking about When I turned the volume down on the one cuss word I used? I was creatively expressing myself and how mind blowing it is that the minds programming itself is the one doing the actual programming. I have listened to Joe dizpenza, Greg Braden and others but I have never heard them say that part. Maybe they have but I haven’t heard them say it. Also the deliberate holding of thoughts in front of the subconscious so it will record and mirror them back. Apologies if I trigged you. Definitely not my intention 🙏🏻

Something that has been said thousands of times: You have not invented anything new
@turningsouth50232 күн бұрын
I didn’t claim I did. I simply pointed out that I haven’t heard anyone else discussing this before. It’s widely understood that the majority of our thoughts originate from the subconscious mind. But that concept is challenging to fully grasp because each thought feels so personal, like we’re the ones creating them. Yet, I don’t hear any of my peers talking about this in depth. What I’m actually referring to is the idea that the subconscious in the one creating the observers thoughts, the observer focuses on their thoughts, and because of that focus, the subconscious records and loops it back. The focus itself is the thing that reinforces and strengthens the thought, embedding it further into the minds program. I feel like this is something we need to talk more about and that’s why I made this video In essence, the subconscious mind’s programmed narrative is actively reprogramming itself every single day. Which is wild to think about. That’s an insight I’ve never heard anyone else articulate before. Maybe I am wrong? Can you share a few examples where this has been said before? I want to learn as much as I can
