Unlocked Packages

After creating a unlocked packages using skipvalidation command, while installing through user interface I am getting an error --Package Xml: cannot be a component in manged or unmanaged package. How to solve this..?

Can we see the package details like all versions in salesforce UI in the Dev Hub org under all packages after creating managed package , because in case of 1 GP we can see the created package in org ?

No you can see by using SFDx commands

No both are different (unlocked is similar to unmanaged but not same. Unlocked packages are advanced than unmanaged)
