for the spearton spawn(zombie too) the tower tier must be higher or equal to the upgrade like you got lv3 spawn but the tower is only tier 1 then it only spawn 1 so you need to make sure the tower tier is equal to the upgrade lv

Id say that it happend Like this, Stick war legacy is first in the timeline(the skin technology Got lost in time, untill Stick war 3), then Stick war 2, then Stick war 3, and then Stick empires(a multyplayer game that introduced the Elementals, but the game Got lost and forgoten with the fall of Flash player)
