Here's my opinion If you're on some sort of budget and don't have 5000-10000 tokens, you can use 1200 tokens to get a gold chest. You have a kinda small chance to pull a character. Sometimes, you get someone new like Cyclonus, like how I somehow pulled, but sometimes, you will just get an upgrade for a character like Bluestreak, for example. So make sure luck is on your side. But is you do have the budget, just pay for that
