If you're training in the martial arts, please let me know what kind of skills you take out of the dojo, things you can use in daily life that have nothing to do with fighting....

We must also practice resilience every day against the state of the world. And we must also know when to step back and rest in order to come back stronger!

It is hard to prepare for resilience. But I could see how getting used to failing and trying again and again can build resilience.
