I too am a revert and was brought up a Catholic. My father had a good knowledge of herbs and how to use them, he taught me that ALLAH has provided us with with everything we need and that there's a cure for every ailment within nature if we take the time to look. I always turn to natural medicine and diet rather than a big pharma doctor, and i'm currently studying homeopathy.

Asallaamu Alleikum, veryone who are suffering H pylori, this is for you. I had the worst H pylori for the longest and I suffered a lot. My doctor gave to me antibiotics but I did a little research of natural holistic approach. I found out a cabbage juice is more effective than any medications. I started juicing straight for two months and just add one cucumber or one bunch of celery stalk But the cabbage juice must over powered cause it's the main target. I'm a free from that bacteria. Alhamdulilah! Please try cabbage juice with an empty stomach early in the morning and if you can drink three times a day, even better.

@kalyda2113 ай бұрын
I am very glad that you were able to find a natural approach but for others reading your comment, it is important to note that antibiotics will be eventually needed to fully eradicate the bacteria. I had a family member who had a few rounds of infection with H. pylori. They tried the natural route with things such as turmeric, peppermint, green tea, honey, etc. and it was helpful in controlling the growth of the bacteria and the symptoms but the tests still came back positive for the bacteria. Although natural things are awesome for treatment, there are times we turn to medicine to help us.

@@kalyda211 Hi, I'm someone who did take antibiotics more than 4x and the H pylori will always come back or never left in my stomach. I did try the natural way and Alhamdulilah finally I got cured. Also, antibiotics will damage your good bacteria and you will have a side effects for life. Why would you risk yourself for more damaging your stomach and good bacteria when you can just drink a cabbage? I really don't understand that you here to promote medicine instead of holistic way to approach our health. Anyways, good luck!

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatuAllah, very interesting lecture mashaAllah. Pleased to see this content circulating on a worldwide platform. I would like to remind my sisters and brothers that the foods and herbs mentioned by the sunnah are only a small part of the vast medicinal provition of Allah subhana huwa Taala. Each place on Earth has its olants and minerals that can heal and benefit the ill person. Also, be careful about self medication. Sometimes it could work, other times it could only make things worse. Remember that medicine is a huge science. Sunnah medicine is mostly for prevention and chronic non-life threatening diseases. Septicemia cannot be cured by honey only... May Allah bless you all. Assalaamu alaikum. JazakumAllaahu khair for this simple yet informative video. Please can I request clarification on the consumption of onion and garlic. Many times there are multiple ahadeeth which the scholars use in combination to provide an overall ruling. I've always understood the forbiddance being linked to attending the masjid only (due to bad breath affecting others, respect for salah etc) in addition to a personal preference of the Prophet salAllaahu alayhee wa sallam. Is the general forbiddance of raw onion and garlic that u mentioned a particular scholarly opinion or how you understood the Hadith you quoted? Sorry for the lengthy message, baarakAllaahu feekum

What is the sunnah of increasing good gut bacteria?
@noraelhalawani12943 ай бұрын
Al Salam alaikom wa Rahmat Allah wa Barakato, Make a blend of equal parts honey(local to you is the best (according to Sunnah, not my opinion)) and apple cider vinegar (Let's say 1 Tablespoon of each) and add cold water to the blend. Drink it in the morning and drink it whenever you feel fatigue and want to boost your brain function and energy levels (balance and moderation is key). Subhan Allah, The idea behind this blend is that the apple cider vinegar will increase the tummy lining to absorb more of the nutrition of the food (it will also increase the absorbtion of medicine or vitamin pills you take) while the honey protects the tummy lining from the harshness of the vinegar. The vinegar curb the spike in insulin from the honey. So they both inhance each others benefits and eliminates each others "side effects". The cold water will benefit you in balancing out any inflammation in the body. I was needing blood transfusion often because my iron levels were not good, no matter the amount or type of iron pills I got. The absorption of medicine was very poor in my body and I had severe brain fog so reading was hard for me... I had purchased a book about sunnah medicine a while before I one day managed to take it out of the filing cabinet to try to read it foe solutions to my situation. Subhan Allah, by the will of Allah I was most intrigued to read the chapter about drinks as I didn't have the strength nor the appetite to make and eat food. It didn't take long before my blood percentage went up from 5.5 to 11 which I've NEVER reached even after blood transfusion nor after IV of iron. It was ALL by the will of Allah in His Glory and by following the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (May Allah's Praise, Peace and Blessings be upon Him). From that time forward I stopped listening to so called experts and their contradicting messages, and started to use common sense like fasting the Sunnah fasts, drinking natural juices because its brain food (not my words but from the Sunnah) and embrace foods beloved to Prophet Muhammed. Remember that the keywords is local, in season and balanced moderation. Sit when you eat AND drink. It was warned by the Prophet Muhammed (May Allah's Praise, Peace and Blessings be upon Him) to eat and drink standing. May Allah keep you in good health and add to your wealth, you and the rest of the ummah.
