Matt, Kasli the Bane is mostly used for her insanely high LD Surge DPS and the curse is like a small cherry on top. I strongly encourage you to use her in (almost) every stage, especially the ones with peon spam.

I have the Uber fest kasli and it’s kinda the same thing but it does knock back like a sort of non suicidal Doran that constantly hits. The curse gets really useful for epic fest kasli but both can’t be used in surge immune/ high range enemies

@@jameswang-dp3gt i also have the Ritual Saint, i wouldn’t consider it the same thing though. Ritual Saint Kasli is built around her knockback - she is a CC unit. Kasli, Daughter of Chaos is built around her very high surge DPS - she is a backliner attacker and the curse is like a small cherry on top. You can absolutely use Uberfest Kasli for DPS and Epicfest Kasli for her curse, but most of the time when you’re bringing Kasli, it’s for her knockback, alike how most of the times you’re bringing Dasli it’s for her high DPS

Dasli’s curse is a bonus, the main focus of her is her absurd DPS, she deals so much damage if you max her out with catseyes, but a lot of behemoths have surge immune and there are some enemies (eg. Angel otter) that surge you if they get surged themselves, which makes Kasia awkward to use on those stages. But on any level without surge immune or surge reflect, Kasli absolutely MELTS enemies.

Make sure you get Dasli to atleast level 45, I personally have her at 60+2 but she's one of the best if not the best stat based unit in the entire game so leveling her as much as you can is 1000% worth it.

@@thyhumanity8857 You get lucky or you don't. Even with seed tracking depending on your RNG it can be nigh impossible. When I checked last she was more than 660 rolls out for me. And you can also be on the wrong track and accidentally skip right over her. If you just don't want to do seed tracking because of the startup cost of a few rare tickets or some cat food, do it anyway. The value you can get from gacha thereafter is so much better. Also lets you get a lot more out of plat tickets because you can change your position with normal gacha rolls until you're in the right spot to pull a good uber from the platinum pool, rather than just wasting the ticket.

Curse disables all crowd control abilities plus toxic and warp, but NOT waves, surge, crits or savage blow. Curse also disables strong against, massive/insane damage, and tough/insanely tough Basically, curse disables all abilities that only work against specific traits, but things like crits that affect all traits are unaffected

Kasli can disable abilities that affect specific traits (and all cats in case of enemies' abilities) such as weakening, slowing, freezing etc, but for some reason curse disables toxic too, so if you bring Kasli you make your whole loadout immune to toxic as long as the enemies stay cursed.

Congratulations you now have the best uber in the game! Some say Phono has overtaken her but Kasli the Bane is generally considered the best. She has high health and knockback count, very high LD (long range) damage per second, and her curse sometimes removes her only weakness of not being immune to slow or freeze.

Dps wise Dark phono (ig what people are talking about) is actually better that dasli. Who is yet to drop on en version. Phonoa is not that better than her for sure. Just a better ld amaterasu ig. But dark phono who has a multihit slow with minisurges has massive dps over her and has longer standing range and hit range. So if enemies are pushing hard, dasli will get overwhelmed there but with Dark phono, that’ll be easy to handle because of the large area piercing slow. So yeah, end of dasli reign I believe. Dark phono is overall better dps wise and debuff wise because what will you do with curse when the enemy just hits extremely hard aoe and peons just rush fast. Dasli’s hit might miss because of that but dark phono’s multihit hits for sure and slows as well.

Dkasli is good for general dps, phonoa is good for clearing out lots of traited enemies, dhono is a good generalist for all traits and has a supplementary slow against all traits. Dhono and phonoa work both really well

Dark Kasli is amazing when you have a stepping stone. Meaning if theres a bun bun pushing and a Professor A behind. she'll hit the bun bun and the surge will do ridiculous damage to the Professor A. Yeah, and immunity to surge, wave, and some other debuffs. I disagree heavily with the top comment underplaying her. She has more damage than Amaterasu, better survivability, and works against surge and wave enemies. Her curse ability isn’t the best in the game generally, but in certain stages it probably is the best in the game. It shuts off enemies that practically only function with their ability, making enemies like Henry become essentially a non threat. And she is especially good against relics because her curse actually stops their ability to curse, making all of your other cats effectively much stronger. This is just on top of her cracked damage. I have her, and I don’t even use her in story and legend stages because she often shuts down the challenge of levels. I do use her to farm though.

You don’t have to do this if you don’t want to, Using Kasli kind of ruins the challenge of battle cats and makes every stage a blow. This is from my experience with her. She should only be used when she’s your last hope or when your in a challenging stage, like a brutal stage. If you use her in every stage, you advance way to fast and then you’ll be left having almost nothing to do. Just use her rarely Like again, you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to.

kasli's curse isn't that important most of the time (sometimes it's great). what makes her that great is her surge that does amazing damage with her great hp and range it makes her the best uber in the game, i believe you should use her every time the boss dousn't outrange her (even if he is she can still do couple hits but she will die faster). she also have surge and wave immunity so you can also use her when the boss have surges or waves. oh and if the enemy have toxic (the attack that does % of cats health) you should always take her since her curse can cancel the toxic and make that stage a joke.

hey matt, heres curse in a nutshell: it disables targetted effects those are all abilities that need to target a trait to activate (slow, freeze, curse, etc) but abilities that are independent are unaffected (metal, crit, immunities, etc) for enemies the same applies (for instance hanya wouldnt weaken your units)

Cursing essentially removes all abilities from an enemy. For example, Henry has a very annoying freeze that effects backliners; using dasli means it becomes cursed and it's attacks will no longer freeze.

I dont think Matt knows that the angels in the event are not the same trait as the regular angels. These angels use another trait which is the Eva angel trait and in order to beat these stages it is recommended to have ubers or strong units that have the eva angel killer trait.

Yes, you should most definitely boost kasli. You should also try and get phono, child of destiny, who is just as good, if not potentially maybe better than kasli(Kinda a touchy subject right now, the community is at war on who's better). Phono is kinda like aphrodite and amaterasu combined into 1 unit but better. Same standing range as aphro, but with even higher dps and massive damage to all traits with immune to waves and surge. He also pierces MUCH further than aphro. Aphro hits up to 850 range while Phono goes to 1000 and he has a WAY smaller blind spot than aphro too. The way he actually works is a little more complicated than I've made it out to be, but that's basically how it is, and he's stupidly good. Edit: Damn, nevermind, you already got him.

Cursing doesn’t do anything really it just makes it so that they don’t have any special abilities the thing is she does 12,000 DPS when she’s at level 30 which is one of the highest in the entire game. That’s why she’s so good. She also just has a wall and you know she’s immune to everything. Her recharge time is pretty good. She doesn’t cost a crazy amount for what she is.
