I am happy with the achievements made so far in AFCFTA as informed by the Secretary General ; but I was left with some doubts, there still many loops and gaps to be filled to finetune the AFCFTA agreement, and a lot more work is to be done. So, I will suggest creating a specific thinktank organization to dedicate in financial, economic, trade, political, social and other investigations under African Values so as to provide practical recommendations to the Secretariat for improvement of the AFCFTA regulations and code of conducts. The aim of AFCFTA shall be to improve the well being of Africans (poverty eradication) by improving the trade around the continent. To the Secretary General, please keep optimistic views and attitude toward implementation of AFCFTA, and be ready to face any challenge from even the members countries, African people offer you full support.
