From my experience, I have deleted repositories on my account and did not encounter any issues with my badges. So you should be fine!😊

I accidentally hid it by clicking on the eye button.... I don't know how to unhide it

In the upper right corner click your profile photo, then click Settings. Scroll down. Now under "Profile settings", check 'Show Achievements on my profile'. Click Update preferences. Let me know if your problem was fixed or not.☺

@@harshgaonkar7127 I see! You must have just hidden an achievement badge then! github.com/username?tab=achievements from this url, replace the username word with your accounts username. Is this the method you used?
