Prepare two plastic bottles and fill one 1/3 of the bottle with water. Fill the other bottle 2/3 full of water. First, hold the 1/3 plastic bottle. Next, hold the 2/3 plastic bottle. Even if you are not consciously aware of it, your hand automatically holds the PET bottle with optimal force. Hold the Blade with the same force as you hold the plastic bottle. Don't be too soft. Do not hold it too tight; hold it with the force with which you feel the weight of the Blade.
