Thank you... finally being able to get relief after these 2 months with My ex leaving after 6 1/2 years... legit cried as the cords came undone but those were the feelings that needed to be loved and shared... didn't realize how many cords one can have towards each loved one that has caused pain and suffering towards me... it feels amazing to have those gone may the creator bless all With beautiful energies and relief and have them find that place where the rarest of loves reside

Sarah, I found you a couple days ago. You are amazing to me. I am enamoured. I first did the subconscious unblocking hypnosis. Wow! Instant response and healing. I was stunned. Now this incredible meditation. I’m almost speechless, but at the very least, I must say “Thank you, Sarah. Thank you so very much for helping me to heal myself. I now cut and dissolve all chords connected to me physically, energetically, or otherwise that are not serving me or my highest good. I ask that these connections fall away easily and effortlessly to be released and replaced with connections of the highest love and light available. I am fully functioning and well sustained by my energetic connection to source. All that is not love now falls away. So be it. Remain blessed ❤

There is definitely something I need to do, here! Every time I restart this meditation, I feel suddenly uncomfortable, unable to concentrate or relax. I've never had this reaction before with your work. Thank you for this meditation, especially if some part of me resists this strongly. I will try again until this meditation flows as smoothly as the others I listen to regularly.

I have a shorter version coming out that is only 30 mins long. It will be out later today. I wonder if that version may be a way to ease into a longer session perhaps? And you could try playing it while doing other work (not driving though, just to be safe) and simply let the words play? Or, as you said, it simply may not be the right time just yet. 💛 Sarah
