I didn't believe in psychics until 3 people told me the same thing and two used the exact same phrase. 1 approached me, 2 was a coincidence and 3 I asked a vague question (over a FB live of all things). These are 3 different people from 3 different parts of the world who have no connection to me or each other. Edit: Unless it's a situation like that, I honestly do not believe in psychics, I also think they're good at reading body language, speech patterns, how you present yourself, etc. so wouldn't rely too much on them. I’m so sorry for your psychic experiences. I used to get psychic readings all the time before I started doing hypnotherapy and understanding how they actually work. One of the most important things that I have learned is that your subconscious mind and beliefs are the only thing that will manifest and that is what psychics rely on. The readings work a bit like a hypnotic suggestion and influences your subconscious mind to take on their prediction as a belief and integrate it into your life. BUT, the only way for their predictions to come true and for that to happen is if you decide to accept it. If you choose to believe and accept what you were told, your subconscious mind will make it happen. If you choose to reject it, then it just stays as a meaningless thing that a random person told you. That is why there is such a discrepancy in psychic readings, because you always have the choice to accept it or reject it. But on the other hand, since you had such an emotional reaction to what she said, it seems like you may resonate with it subconsciously. So that reading may have acted as a confirmation or manifestation of the subconscious beliefs that you already have. In that case you just have to start telling yourself a different story and creating a new belief that works in your favor. You can start telling yourself “I am very successful in love” everytime you think about love, kind of like an affirmation. You can repeat it mentally everytime you think about past relationships, your love life, or feel emotional until that past memory or thought fades and you have either a neutral or positive feeling. Your subconscious mind will accept as true what you repeatedly tell it is true or have an emotional reaction to, so this is a great way to create a new belief. Fortune-tellings become self-fulfilling prophecies exactly when you don't like them, and then try desperately to shrug them off and dismiss them, and the more you try to do that, the more you get stuck on the idea, and then it fills your whole mental space. I'm a strong believer in 'unstucking' them, reframing and reclaiming this upsetting future reading. Say, you are told you are unhappy in love. What do we do with this information? What does it mean? Maybe it means that happy love isn't something that happens to you, by mere luck. Maybe it means your happy love story is something you earn - by soul-searching, and being an amazing compassionate kind human being. Something you earn by sticking to your grounds, not agreeing to settle, not compromising love for something it isn't, just in order to quit the chase. For not giving up on love, for continuing to better yourself and keep looking. How 'bout that? I believe that a prophecy can have a plethora of meanings, and it's up to us to get the one that is true to our heart.

When I was a teenager, maybe 17-18, I went to a lady that used the coffee grounds from the cup of coffee you had to drink to read your future. Sounds so dumb I know!! I literally blocked out everything she told me, I only remember some bits and that I cried a lot that day.
