Anyone watching this in 2021 and the title added to their anxiety?

I know that this is a rather dated clip but as a disabled international postgraduate student who attended the U of Exeter during the late aughts, this documentary doesn't surprise me at all. From my recollection, snobbery, bigotry and ableism were prevalent at that university. After completing my MA there and returning home to the states, I had several psychotic breaks and had to go into therapy all due to the trauma incurred from the repeated micro- aggressions and ostracization I dealt with at Exeter University. Thus, I'm not the slightest bit surprised that these types of issues still seem to persist at that institution.

Exeter is an awesome place. All the people I know who have been there have had very positive e experiences.

Becoming the guineapig to systemetic andnstruturally racist organisation is not the answer. I went to Exeter Law when this Bracton Law was exposed and yet I was withdrawn from my course for speaking out and rejecting unwanted advances of Exeter Law DOEs despite being harrassed by them and female lecturer who racially harrassed and bullied and put down in the past. Bracton Law could carry on only because those law professors that run the law school are exrtemy racist, sexist and malicious enough to apply insidious rules to ruin Black female and Muslim female students' education. Sady those criminals (both male and female) still hold the position of teaching and promoted to professorship. One of them with previous Drama School lesson only played KZbin video and refused to make any lesson plan, then misled me and then went to fail me, thanks to Uni's system of e-mail assignment submission but still got promoted. Thnaks to her drama school expertise to perform with heavy teary voice speaking about never having a job before.

I dunno guys and gals, I was called all sorts of homophobic slurs when I was at school. I'm not boasting about how tough I am, or saying it was healthy for my character (turns out it was though, I understand ignorance quite well as a result), but how those words made me feel was entirely up to myself and I have always understood that. This trend of censorship to speech and humour under the guise of 'fighting prejudice' is precisely why I don't describe myself as left-wing or liberal anymore... Give it a rest, accept that some people are just nasty and stop getting offended on our behalf.

@@devonnick6908 I was searching for a new place to live as my London has become completely unrecognizable due to the demographics that has taken place over the last 60 years . This process has been massively speeded up with mass immigration over the last 25 years and now white Londoner’s are the minority in their own capital city . Probably the only capital city in the world to be given away to the none indigenous people , and unfortunately the same thing is going to happen with the rest of the country . The left has taken over our education system and have brainwashed our children. Teachers and mothers have turned our boys into girls and our girls into white men hating feminists . What a country we have become .
