So after the infallible polygraph there is now also a infallible mindreader. Why not just throw dice to determine guilt.

Ah but what happens when thoughts are turned against people, "You can think things, but never act on them" would cease to mean anything. It would only work as a confirmation tool to ensure a conviction is valid and lawful....but should never just be used willy nilly....

I know right. I think how I would commit the removal of a body. I would not act on it.

lashing it down with rain and grey sky is miserable to me, not nice white thick snow lol. it would be a nuisance for them but it isn't miserable. Majority of people like snow. Do you live somewhere where it snows often?

Thick white snow can kill people but ok 😂. You can like snow all day, but it can still be miserable. It can be miserable enough to cause long term damage, and death

Nothing they mentioned on his behalf excuses his behavior. Under the jail would be good enough for him. Ladies, please do background checks before inviting a killer into your life! Men, too!

"Although Brain Fingerprinting has been scientifically proven to work and has been used in legitimate investigations, the test results themselves can not be admitted as evidence. However, information or material that was discovered during the test can be used as evidence in a legal trial." Weird. From Wikipedia.

Farwells system has flaws. What if the person saw something similar in a movie etc.. seems like the fallacy margin is far too thin to be put into practice.
