Side note for those that say he didnt call uno: Since the rules for uno no mercy states that the player that reaches 25 cards is eliminated, the blue shirt guy wouldve won regardless if he said uno or not since the black shirt guy had to draw 64, thus exceeding the 25 card limit

There are more rules in uno mercy, and they are: • If you have 25 or more cards, then you lose. • 0 makes you switch with someones whole cards where the arrows are going. • 7 makes you choose which players whole card you wanna swap.
