It's from The Coin Game which is an arcade simulator. There's a game called Dunko that's quite obnoxious. Julia torments Jacob with DUNKOOOOO occasionally

If you go back to the video titled "Julia and Jacob are Dropping Mad Coins in THE COIN GAME" you get the origins of Dunko TL;DW - There's one of those Coin Slot/Pusher games where the bonus was to get the coins in the right slots to spell DUNKO. It then became a word that gets repeated cause Julia played it for so long There's also "Julia and Karina are Playing Coin Game Because of Newsfull Stress" if you want more Dunko
