I love the idea of the mascara remover with the wand. That seems like a brilliant way to remove mascara. I hope that you make beautiful burgundy mascara without Carmine (allergen to me and many others). I would go crazy with all the beautiful paper products in Japan. I would need a suitcase for paper and makeup brushes! Your blouse is beyond beautiful. Your Yeux Paint in Nuage de Lilas is my absolute favorite eyeshadow ever! The creaminess of this shade is pure perfection on my mature eyelids!

Bonjour Violette 🦋 I’ve been watching your videos from the very beginning & love your aesthetic & your approach to beauty. I’m a very modern 64yo who tries daily to embrace my natural beauty in a society where the majority of my peers have “tweaked” their beauty with procedures that do not do them justice IMO. When you first launched your own range I was able to make a big purchase through a forward shipping company but haven’t been able to get my hands on any products since. I can’t express how excited I was to stumble across your products whilst doing an online shop at Mecca, Australia 💙 Even more excited to hear you are visiting Australia in the future 🌐

Really hate the big or large mascara brushes; the smaller/thinner, the better. My favorite was a discontinued one by Cover Girl, but Glossier has been a really good substitute 😉

I can understand why people, who don't know K-beauty brands, can't tell the difference, cause when you buy makeup/cosmetics in Japan they don't exactly specify where they are from and the K-beauty PR is in Japanese. So I guess foreigners would just think everything was Japanese. I know this because I've shopped in Japan like Matsukiyo, Bic Camera, Donki etc. they don't exactly seperate local brands from foreign brands. Anyways, it's always nice to see Asians brands being mentioned since Violette makes good products herself!

The problem with UV screen products in Japan is that they contain skin whitening chemicals that leave skin with a very artificial white color. This is because in Japan white skin is considered more beautiful, but it suits awful for non-Asian skins. Also, they are very oily and difficult to remove so the chances of getting acne and skin problems are very high. I live in Japan and have tried these products for years, but none of them are worthy in my opinion.
