This batch came from Life Technologies. The tricky word is lyophilized which basically means freeze dried

Getting the DNA into the plant isn't quite as simple as adding water, we'll talk about that in future, but what happens is that our DNA is added to the plants DNA and then gets read by the plant just like it's normal DNA.

Did you say that when the DNA is suspended in water and added to the plants, it restructures that plants DNA into a glowing plant? I'm just trying to grasp this in layman's terms. :) It's really great!

How much does a synthetic gene cost per base pair? Do the DNA parts come in vials as default? What Life Technologies gene synthesis service did you use?

The biggest problem with working with DNA is that it is very..... low-key.

What supplier did you use for the DNA? Also, I couldn't understand the video at one point, what state is the DNA in when you receive it requiring re-suspension? Thanks.
