To me, all of the songs are S-tier and "If I Could be a Constellation" is my most favorite of them (Wow! we're the same!). As a drummer, the beats are funky and groovy, I'm more of a hi-hats guy and I have fun playing it. The bass are freaking slaps! Bass are really amazing instrument. I absolutely agree with it, if you liked "kara kara" i recomend you the band "Tricot". Due that is one the tricot's guitarrist who wrote the song, and summarazing is an amazing song that plays with different times signatures without losing the japanese pop-rock feeling.

Man, i absolutely love you analysis of this! Something I love about bocchi is just how much care and effort was put into every tiny detail of it. As you can see with the music, they composed songs that portray much of bocchi's emotions through the lyrics and the musical aspects of the instruments. The most clear example being bocchi's lyrics for guitar loneliness and blue planet showing how bocchi wants to be seen and acknowledged then later on you see her lyrics in never forget showing how she's gone from wanting to remember these joys of her youth in high school rather than wanting to drop out. And this is just the musical aspect of it, bocchi can be broken down into tiny little things with the animation, story, individual characters, voice actors, ect, and this is what makes bocchi what it is, it's the product of an entire production team's care and love. The fact that bocchi is still so popular and being analyzed and adored a year and a half after it started airing just speaks for itself on how huge of an impact bocchi had. I genuinly love this anime so damn much

“That Band” makes me cry every time Iisten to it. Probably my favorite! Resonating with Bocchi probably plays a part in it, but it’s very raw and emotional as you said. Kessoku Band has always been a comforting push (in my eyes) to go on with life, but not in a … *MOVE ON THIS SECOND!!!GO. GO!!!* way. (Like how Never Forget has a lyric that says something along the lines of, “I’m not in the springtime of life, and that’s okay.”) But that aside, this is awesome?! I need to check out your other Bocchi The Rock videos, because your narration style has a way of both being very entertaining and very calm at the same time. I was initially nervous because tier ranking videos can either be EXTREME roasts or just compliments, but I like how you gave good commentary on each of the songs and explained what parts of the song you liked or disliked!

I guess at least we all agree on this: every song is awesome I also wanted to say that the bass line from kara kara at 4:38 is actually slap, so technically I won’t forget isn’t the only song with slap bass. Kara kara is one of my favorite songs too, and I love the bass line because it’s constantly changing throughout the entire song. Loved the vid man, keep it up!!

imo seisyun complex ano bando and never forget are all s tier worthy but for the most part i can agree on everything else. simply the 3 are utter bangers to listen to, never forget on the guitar is a masterpiece ano bando just goes way too hard to be worthy of any less and seisyun complex executes something simpler than some other songs perfectly (just my opinion tho so A tier still very fine for them)! we agree on almost everything else though and for that this tier list has earned the OFFICIALLY BASED rank. congratulations + subbed

I’d personally put never forget in S tier especially because of the feeling that it encapsulates, but also about how I think alot of people would relate to the song since theres a sense of nostalgia. Its pretty similar in terms of vibes to songs like Tek It, 505 and Notion where it captures the feeling of thinking back on the memories of highschool you had along with friends although knowing there’s no going back.

Honestly, this show has so many good songs. There's not a single one that's bad, and i like so many of them. I would 1000% put Rockin' Roll, Morning Light in S-tier. Even if it is a cover it fits Bocchi's story and character so well that I see it as HER song much like how If I could be a constellation is Kita's, for me it transcends past being just a cover because of that and is my favorite on this list (the last stretch of it always makes me cry). Never Forget is also S-tier, I think musically it fits in with the high A-tier songs but those lyrics just cut deep man, it gave me a whole new perspective when I rewatched the Ep 12 performance. Overall my list would be S: Rockin' Roll, Morning Light Falls on You, If I could be a constellation, Into the Light, Never Forget, Guitar, Loneliness and Blue Planet, Karakara A: Seisyun Complex, Distortion, That Band, Blue Spring and Western Sky, Flashbacker B: What is Wrong With, Secret Base, I can't sing a love song, HitoriBocchi Tokyo C: The Little Sea Need more videos like these, I would love to see you analyze any of the songs on their own.

I just found out about your channel and immediately shown a banger of a video, i dont usually comment on videos but you made me put my own 2 cents because its Bocchi Now personally my own S tiers are constellation, never forget, seishun, distortion and rock n roll. I became obssessed with the shows music and i have to learn everything i can and there was a point of time where i was just listening to never forget for a month and then the show reintroduce AKFG for me. I knew AKFG because of their Op in Anime like Re:Re from Erased to Haruka Kanata from Naruto to Rewrite from FMA And with Rockn' Roll Morning Light Falls on You has captivated me on being a lifetime fan. I have gone through their whole discography like a madman and there's an album that I love to death and I highly recommend to whomever reads it. Please listen to Fanclub, if not the whole album then maybe Blue Train at least. This show and its music really helped me to keep going and appreciate things better. PS. My top three would be Karakara, If I could be a constellation, and That Band. Especially THAT BAND because I adore that song so much. Your elaboration for the intro captures what I feel abt it so well. Everything about this song resonates so well with me from the lyrics, vocal, to the sound of the instrumentals. Karakara is also a very strong one but I still adore That Band WAY MORE it's an SS tier for me along with Karakara. Along with those three, I would put Flashbacker and Watashi Dake Yuurei on S tier. Watashi Dake Yuurei literally made my jaw drop on first listen it was so mind blowing and as you said, it's such an introduction to a music genre. This is such a great video! A few days ago a KZbinr's short stumbled into my timeline. He said it's impossible for Bocchi to have matured so much with only 2 stage performances under her belt (this is in regards to ep.8) even though she's trained relentlessly for 3 years. Social anxiety doesn't work that way. On the other hand, there's the ambition. She's been waiting for this moment for most of her life. So that craving probably trumped her anxiety and she was able to give her best. Second, she's playing with people who has been nothing but supportive towards her. My point is, that KZbin short made me watch the show, and now I'm obsessed. It's not as iconic as K-On, I don't think, but Bocchi The Rock's episodes are jam-packed with stories and moments and I can't get enough of them.

Yeah, I believe it's because she craved for this to happen that she grown so much in the course of just one season. Sometimes wanting something so badly makes you do extraordinary things that surprises everyone including yourself. On the contrary, I believe BTR has the potential to be a K-On! of this decade given how successful the first recap film which solidifies the possibility of another season, not to mention that the manga has a lot more chapters left. All in all this show is that amazing a potential anime of 2020s

For the Guitar, Solitude, and Blue Planet... The ultimate part is obviously Bocchi's power chord at the start of the song's riff, its simple but screams loudest, I always gets goosebumps hearing that part. I have no words how to tell how it feels, but seriously, its like u hear Bocchi screams her heart out with that. Truly masterpiece.

It may not mean much, but you just earned a subscriber. You've done an amazing job at expressing what makes each song beautifully arranged in great detail. You've even changed my opinions on some songs. I used to hate Guitar to Kodoku to Aoi Hoshi(Wakusei), but explaining it objectively makes me realize how incredible it really is. Still pissed that Watashi dake Yuurei's only A tier, but like GODDAMN this is based af. I'm really impressed on how much restraint you have for putting everything on S, which is unfortunate, but very reasonable. Bocchi the Rock! is undoubtedly my favorite anime, so it feels amazing to hear someone else being just as passionate as I am about it. Also please make Into the Light analysis. All of their songs are great, but I've always especially loved Karakara. I remember when I first heard that Ikkyu composed it, I was like "Oh, so that explains why I like it so much", since Tricot has been one of my favorite bands for a long time. Your opinion are just about correct. My top five are: 1. If i could be constellation (simply masterpiece in all aspects from music lyrics to vibes) 2. Karakara (outstanding music, melancholic vibes) 3. Into the Light (outstanding music, fun lyrics and vibes) 4.
