Lucky you found him! I have him on order but its not really been too long waiting for Neca TMNTs here in the UK. Finally got Bebop & Rocksteady a couple weeks ago. I think all the Toy Fair 2020 Neca TMNTs look FAB. Mostly looking forward for Metalhead, Baxter, Rock Soldiers and the Ultimate Foot Soldier better known as Alpha 1 from the cartoon show. Others I'd like to see Neca pencil in include Rat King my fav TMNT villain after Krang offcourse, Punk Frogs, Vernon Fenwick, & Dirtbag.

Great review! Yeah I definitely like this figure. Got him a couple days ago. I too really love the TMNT line! I agree about Rat King, he’s top of my most wanted characters. Next would be Mondo Gecko, then Muckman. Chrome Dome would be cool too! Maybe a deluxe figure?

I dig this, but I really wish we get a "comic color" of this look, I always wanted a more "comic booky" realistic Slash and this captures that crazy Turtle look better than the traditional cartoon look. Like if you google custom NECA Slash and the figures people made in 2009/2010 is my dream Slash.

Slash was only in snes turtles in time so its weird they used arcade art instead of the awesome snes box art

yes it was OG art work from arcade! I wish more figure reviewers like yourself and do just little research before talking about figure, sorry it just makes look ill informed to your viewers. one thing I hate about some reviewers is when they say "I don't know much about this guy" or "I'm not familiar with character" . just google search and read small bio make it seems like you know, plus you may learn something you didn't know.

I do a little research before hand, I just wasn't 100% sure about the box art and honestly I'm not reviewing the history of the character, I'm reviewing the quality of the figure.

Slash seems to have a slightly wider body sculp than the turtles you can tell from the side view. Also the box artwork is from the arcade version. At first I didn't know about it because I only played the SNES version of the game.

The retro Slash figure is still a lot more badass looking than this IMO. I am waiting for NECA to rerelease the TMNT with this new articulation and the new cartoon heads as deluxe TMNT figures
