Ripped from VH1 before it was apparently removed. Just wanted to make the video more readily available than it was. Edit: Added subtitles. (4/22/23)

@@mrshallowsun yeah colors was the first song that I heard of them by the what do you think would of happened if Tony byroads stayed in crossfade
@mrshallowsun Жыл бұрын
@@JohnWayne-vf5bs I’ve always wondered that actually. I tend to believe Ed was the true mastermind behind most of the songs so I don’t know that things would have gone much differently than they did. As far as their second album a lot of those songs were just redone from a previous album/albums when they were under a different name (maybe you already knew this) so I think in general even though I absolutely love falling away it does feel slight uninspired using those old songs so in a way it’s not that surprising it didn’t attract general attention and more so just crossfade and rock fans. Mitch did have quite a few spotlight vocal sections on it but their voices (ed and Mitch have less contrast between them than Ed and Tony’s. I don’t know that that fact would have changed the success of the album. I’ve pondered crossfade a history current status and what could have been A LOT lol they’re one of my absolute favorites I really hope they could make more music and if Tony hooked back up with them I’d probably turn into a screaming fan girl just because of the og lineup

the intro on the official song and the tune and tone it hits is what makes the song work. These acoustic and live renditions just lose everything from the get go since he for some reason changes the tune and the notes.
