Totally agree about Dear John, hope it gets the ATW treatment. I think she’s referring to “our” in the champagne problems line because they’re no longer a couple so won’t share things. Have to disagree and say that Me! Is an objectively bad song. Better than most songs out there but I just can’t get behind it.

New to the channel here, and already loving it! Re-recordings or new albums would both be really cool to me, but there's one really amazing part about the re-recorded albums: I'm a teenager, and so a relatively new swiftie, so the re-recordings let me ALMOST experience all that I missed when the albums were first released: the hype, the theories, and all! I had never heard of her when I was younger (I'm Indian) and was only introduced to Taylor by a cousin sister who lived in the US (will be eternally grateful to her for that lol), so there's a lot that I missed out on. I don't have many connections or memories of her old songs, so it feels precious to have a second chance to make them! I also get to talk about the old songs when everybody else is too, and not when everything to say has already been said and all theories have already been discussed, which is what it sometimes feels like to search up stuff about older songs (in general)!

100% want the re-records before new music! I feel like if she releases a new album, it will either overshadow or be overshadowed by the re-records and I personally want every album to have their moment. I think she's riding some great momentum with the re-records and could use that to eventually build up to releasing TS10 after they're all released as like a grand finale type of thing. Plus vault tracks give us new music anyways, and I'm very content at the moment with the re-records + vault tracks.
