Part of the problem is that the ADL is a lib-left progressive leaning organization, that's too universalist. As a political/philosophical conservative/traditionalist, I too often find them to be rather off-putting. Under Greenblatt, it's moved even further to the left than it was under Foxman. It should stick to focusing on Israel/Jew hate!

For sure. But what is ADL actually doing about it? For instance, publishers and editors are basically boycotting anything Jewish in terms of book content. We reached out to ADL on that and they've done nothing. If our voices are removed from the literary world, how can we even push back against antisemitism?

Antizionism is based on post modern ideology that is the origin of the oppressor/oppressed discourse. The use of the word antizionism and the colonialist, racist, Holocaust inversion and anti imperialist discourse became part of the "left" identity because of a worldwide propaganda effort of the soviets in the seventies after the 6 day war. It was a push back after Israel refused to become a Soviet satellite in the Middle East and in 1967 beat Jordan and the Syrian and Egyptian armies backed by Soviet weapons and training.

Case in point, I visited a Chabad once and struck up a discussion and the Rabbi said (alluding to Maimonides) “they are doing our job, talking about one god; so we don’t look into their religion”. Same goes in the social, political, and institutional areas. It’s good to get an understanding how people are framing you.

With regard to 'apartheid' e.g. 20% of Israelis are Arab. They are in the Knesset, in the Israeli Supreme Court, as doctors in the hospitals etc. On the other hand, in the surrounding Arab countries there are no or almost no Jews left. They were driven out or killed.

You don't know what Apartheid means. Apartheid by any rational understanding, in a socio political meaning is the regime that existed in racist era South Africa. Jews are the indigenous people of the South Levant - the ethnic group w/ the longes and oldest continuous presence in the region. Arab Muslims are the colonial settler invaders (just the last of a series since ancient times, such as Assyrians, Greeks, Romans, Crusaders). Meaning your 'analogy' is pure false hood. Arabs have place in the Israeli Parliament, Supreme court, Armed forces, services are not segregated. BTW, the 'genocidal' ones are the militant Muslim Islamists who since at least 1947, they rejected UN's original 'Two State Solution' - unlike Jews, who accepted it. Arabs started a war; Jews fought back, won the war and declared independence. Like this first one, every single conflict, war or attack have been stated , prompted and provoked by Islamists and Muslims terrorists, they have been trying to erase the Jewish Yishuv ever since. Now the question is: How are we going to get the Israeli to start loving their Palestinian brothers and sisters? How are we going to take away this hate that permeates Israeli society? How are we going to make the Israeli's understand that they are not superior?
