Unprecedented dry season creates big backup at Panama Canal

More than 130 ships are stuck on either side of the Panama Canal, with some vessels waiting weeks to enter. An ongoing drought and extreme weather conditions are said to be behind the traffic jam. NBC’s Vicky Nguyen reports for TODAY.
