Need to point something out here - I know most everyone would be more impressed by all the crazy all over the fret board riffs, but that part from 0:20-1:20 it is actually super hard to maintain THAT SYNCOPATED of a rhythm for that prolonged period of a time.
@tuckerdrums35145 жыл бұрын
Chris Coignet that part didn’t seem too hard rhythmically, (at least to me anyway). A section like 4:00 sounds a lot harder.
@ChrisCoignet5 жыл бұрын
@@tuckerdrums3514 this is point of my comment - that the difficulty may not be apparent, thus I wanted to point out how difficult it actually is. Plus that rhythm it much easier to "feel out" on drums for sure, not so much when playing bass or guitar (or really ANY other instrument, woodwind, etc)
@tuckerdrums35145 жыл бұрын
Chris Coignet Why would that rhythm be easier to feel out on drums? (Out of curiosity)
@Thisbaconisalive4 жыл бұрын
agreeing with Tucker Drums. That spot aint too bad except the switches. 4:00 ain't too bad either once you got the groove. Harders spots IMO are his 16th note runs and the reaches between em for me x.x
@ryanjd934 жыл бұрын
The longer that section went, the more anxiety I had. That's some serious dexterity and rhythmic ability.

Sick. Nice bass I wasn’t aware they had an NG-2 without the maple fretboard.
@DavetheDude8926 жыл бұрын
That's probably because it's not a NG-2 ;) it's the combustion Model. So is the NG-2, it's modded, though - > Different electronics and pickups, also the fretboard.

@@DavetheDude892 it's a NG-2, it has the signature mark on the pick guard
@ComplexColors_4 жыл бұрын
@@olivierdaoust9523 My guess is that it's probably a Combustion with a NG-2 Pickguard / Pickup set up. You can buy those on Reverb if you're lucky enough to come across them.

αρχαίος θαλασσοπόρος The fanned fret multi-scale system improves the tension across the strings, keeping it nice and even. By extension, it keeps the intonation more consistently than conventional scale lengths. Fanned frets are quite comfortable for melodic, single note playing and for playing solos in particular. So it’s very appropriate for bass guitars.
