6:50:50 that was a phenomenal game of Overwatch. What a rush when you started accelerating them in with those callouts and playmaking. You can just see them all drop in with that aggressive tree, and everyone turn to shoot tree when you called it out. Those were good teammates, they just needed your phlegm and clarity to see the bigger picture, which is a good pairing with that Lifeweaver fullback. Also, the Bastion pick... It really is that easy to start punishing from being punished.

Didn’t think I’d learn much from this as I already play pretty far back and just make sure I have LLS on all my teammates but the first match already showed me it’s ok to use tree in order to save 1 squishy and enable ur teammates to move on that as well as showed me a couple of spots that I didn’t realize lifeweaver could reach. I look at other creators for entertainment with wild reactions bust my number one man for learning and progressing through the ranks is samito. Was a hardstuck silver/gold mercy main who climbed to high diamond/masters on dps/tank and carried that knowledge into my support role from samito’s videos. Great content and I hope the developers listen to you so you don’t quit this game entirely because you are, in my opinion, the best content creator when it comes to educational while being entertaining content in this game. Definitely understand the tilt in this vid. Took a month break. Came back and dropped from GM5 to masters 1 or 2 after my first card understandably. But since I’ve come back there have been more “what the hell is that guy doing” type of players in masters than I’ve seen in any rank I’ve ever been in

Yeah I figured you'd get stuck around low masters, You play lifeweaver the way a dps player views lifeweaver where you just sit in the back heal bot and make good decisions all game, HOWEVER you don't have the "Killing" part of what lifeweaver can actually do damage wise down you see his damage the way a dps main would I.e. it's just not worth it. HOWEVER the difference issss weaver A he has a range it's not all just "Weak damage" he just does better at close range, and 2 he's good for breaking deployables (no fall off) and breaking shield. But you added in brig soo that sorta fixed the spots you were missing (most weavers switch off anyways when the healbotting stops working). But if ya don't wanna switch off (or blame your dps all day you have no idea how many lifeweavers I beat who do this), I see freaking sauceboss and Bogur over here dropping bodies and your not even attempting to get things done I mean it works up till masters..... But to do a pure to gm run you'd need to figure out when to start killing things sauce figured it out bogur figured it out, heck it dosen't even have to be that much no need to "pretend to be a dps" but like.... He hes perfectly capable of ya know killing people in a fps game.

I started practicing LW and I try to do damage but I feel like I'm trolling because as soon as I press m1 my tank and a dps are critical lol. I'm a supp main (just got gm5) so when I get dived my instinct is to fight back whilst skidadling to my team. It feels like with lw you just run away first sign of trouble, right?

@@koldwolf To make it less complicated then what I usually do remember 1 thing IS YOUR OTHER SUPPORT ALIVE? There are supports who he pairs better with to do his damage, Illari number 1, then brig especially against dive, Moira (tho she gets laughed at in higher ranks so put this one anywhere) and also baptiste. Worst is kiriko since they both have travel time. It was a lot easy to dps as weaver before the pull nerf because it was a great fall back tool but now I mean you can still do it it's just more annoying. Usually I'm tracking my teams cool downs, like oh my Rammatra has nemesis no need to "Over" heal him or rein still has shield or sigma is still sigmaing. Weaver does a lot of healing (well post nerf) but it's not really about damage vs healing it's about identifying those situations you can do damage and being comfortable with them, don't force it like you said when you switch hands your tanks usually crit remember his heals charging is a double edged sword sometimes if things don't die fast enough you won't be able to charge up enough heals period, because it's not like the rein shield you didn't help shoot at has any less hp, or the soilder you didn't shoot at when he was 1 hp isnt gonna come back with full health and all his cool downs. Like I said there's no need to "Pretend to be a dps" or to switch to Baptiste or illari you only need like the basic acknowledgement that you are playing a fps game a fantasyish fps stuff needs to die. And if someone can't make that happen (when neccesary) I'd HIGHLY suggest they switch to someone else because to tell you the truth your gonna struggle regardless of if your heals are charged or not. It might feel like the safest bet to have heals charged all the time (I don't even do this tbh) I usually time it and sync it with how my teams playing) but it might "Feel" like the safest option the BIG GIGANTIC problem a lot of people run into... Is when it isn't. It's understandable why that is because like I said amazing heals, and "Weak" damage so it makes it seems like there's not really that many "Good" clean opportunitys to at least shoot people there's plenty but unlike ana, Kiriko, zen who can just "Brute force" there way to those moments lifeeaver has to look for them, don't forge it because if you try to force yourself to play like soilder it won't work, there might be entire games where you won't see a chance (especially if your not as use to it as I am), but when you see those moments that will make or break a game.

His support of choice is ana that does NOT teach you how to play lifeweaver. He didn't address why he plays "Lifeweaver" this way..... We are talking about "lifeweaver" not ana or brig or supports he actually understands enough to be rank 1 combined. He wouldn't even touch "Lifeweaver" if he was trying to do it again. Numbers dont tell the whole story though. In that same shot you pulled up your lifeweaver stats and talked about the insane healing... you only have 1095 damage as well, then your ana has almost Triple that damage for losing around 4k healing per.. Need context for the numbers. LW is obviously just heal botting and focused on allies - ana is doing a nice mix.

Life weaver is still the worst support. Because at best he’s a slightly better healing pylon that save u 1 time every 30 seconds. He’s like Moira we’re in diamond and lower he’s ok but anything above metal ranks Supports like bap, Kiriko, Ana, brig, with higher skill ceilings and damage will give way more value.
