We love our Boston Whaler, she has become part of the family, but why do you love BW? Let us know in the comments …..

you seem like a great public speaker and you said it perfectly, whalers create awesome memories, my grandfather got one in the 70s and my dad got a newer one back in 2017, they are just awesome and there's good reason why generations of families use them and why the buyers are so loyal.

Great video mate. I have a young family and looking at getting a boat for the same reason you love your BW. Also from WA and the best beaches to spend time on the water. Great video and boat.

Just purchased my 3rd whaler. Got caught up in the two foot ides, moved from the amazing 250 dauntless to the amazing 280 dauntless with all the bells and whistles. Why Boston Whaler . Best dam boat on the water, just compare and see!

Because they are one of the best boats on the planet 😊

Everything 23 feet and above that Whaler makes is overrated and hastily constructed. They are considered "Brunswicks" in the industry. While they're not the absolute worst, they aren't even close to the best. They have much room for improvement.

HI! Welcome to the BW family. You figured it out! We love our Boston Whaler for the memories!!! I am a boater of over 50 years on the Great Lakes. When I was 4, yes 4, was my first experience on my first whaler- a 15 sport. We had a family Sailboat and our neighbor had a 15 which we went out on quite often. At 6 years old I started sailing school at our club (Island Yacht Club) in Toronto, and they had a fleet of 5 Whalers at the coaching/ training boats and we spent many hours on these Whalers too. I also used these 8 years later as a coach to a new genreation of young sailors as well in the early 80s. BTW: Those 5 Whalers from the 70's are still in service today, and are the basis of the sailing program in 2023!!! FFwd a few years and in 1991 I was a proud owner @18, of my own 16 Sport w 70 HP. I kept that boat "The Coyote" for 29 years, and we started my on family on this little boat. Fishing, Water skiing/wakeboarding/tubing... Scuba diving and even the occasion rescues of stranded boats from our club, in the most terrible weather conditions on Lake Ontario. This Whaler was a beast and I have NEVER felt usafe in all conditions. In 2021 it was time to get something a bit larger but still trailerable. We found our perfect Boston Whaler Ventura 210. It is a fantastic performer. Very similar to your conquest. we love this and have started our new chapter of Whaler fun. Congrats on your new boat 'mate'! Use it well and and teach your children how to use it too. That Boat will be with you for a long time. A boat in a harbour is safe, but that is not what they are built for... Enjoy the voyage! Capt'n Dan BW fan for life-IYKYK

Thanks mate, the more I talk to people, the more I'm intrigued by their experiences with Boston Whaler. Safety is a top priority for me, and it's reassuring to hear similar sentiments from others. We're on a continuous journey of learning and adventure with our Whaler, and we're even gearing up to get our scuba licenses! Thanks for tuning in, and don't hesitate to point out if we miss something ( we often do lol ) - we appreciate it. Stay safe and keep exploring!

Nice boat! Which company did you use for the sea decking? I want to do the exact same thing I have the exact same boat. How much did the sea decking cost you and do you like it?

Mate I used Marine Flooring Perth and they were awesome. I don’t know on what side of the planet you are from, but if you can find the same type it is a good product. In only cost me about 3k Aussie which was well worth it

Take a ride on a Grady-white. Would like to know what you think in comparison to your BW.

Yeah a few people have said that. There aren’t many in WA but perhaps we can check when we are back in the US for Vidsummit. I’ll let you know if we find one 👍

@onandunderwater Жыл бұрын
Same year as the boat, 2007. They are 1.73L 150 Verado’s with just under 450 hours on them
